Worst hotel ever I just spend 5 min in the room And then we left the hotel

The hotel changed last minute said they were closing for winter and I agreed to stay at another hotel. I have no received my 3 redeemed nights that I stay at the other hotel

Was clean and good for family , food was very good

Nice location, hotel offers a private beach. Stuff were nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and the ocean view from the balcony was definitely amazing.

Pool and staff are very good , some of the ways reception carry out their duty so leave a lot to be desired, request made to them to supply water ,tea and coffee to the room where ignored and and only responded once in seven days after numerous requests by phone and in person. Everything was very good. They provided all meals with very rich buffet at no extra cost. The staff was very nice

I will rate this Hotel 5 stars if the food was good, we had trouble eating as no choices and very limited. Food wasn't that good quality either. Stressed us out as my girl friend was vegetarian and nothing there for her to eat.

Très bon club, personnel très gentils et chambre très correct Le seul problème est que la clientèle est à 90% Russes et ce sont des gens qui sont totalement impolie vis à vis du personnel et des clients étrangers
