Personally I don’t mind paying a fee in a city where there is a choice but in a rural location it is not acceptable- a real shame. Suggesting to hotel. Add a parking barrier for the residents and add the fee to the room stay to hide the fee and give a clear spend to the stay. "

"The hotel was fine reflecting a four stars hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the staffs were very helpful, the location, being at the bay, is great and the breakfast was great too. I highly recommend the hotel and will consider it for my next travel to Cardiff!"

"Room was tiny. False advertisement suggesting there is a work desk. I wrote my request in advance that I need a room with a work desk. This was not acknowledged and on my arrival the reception team apologised as none of their room have a work desk. There is a subtle smell of stinking foot in the room, not overpowering but not pleasant. Price is the only saving grace of the hotel. Am very disappointed with the false advertisement. "

"Lovely room, nice decor. Bed a bit high and needs a bit more room near the wall (room is big so not sure why such narrow gap between the bed and wall). Bathroom is big and shower was powerful. Tea/coffee /kettle /fridge in the room Located in the city centre with shops/bars/ restaurants within a few minutes. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of options "
