SoBe Ice Arena

This is the 3rd time I stayed here I didn’t have a problem in the pass but this time The room we stayed in the bathroom were not clean I had to clean them and I also had to change the sheets on one of the beds because it had makeup on them I don’t think they had been changed

Overall experience was great! Will be staying here again and recommending. Nice and clean rooms inside, the only thing I can say here is we had a resort/lake view but the outside of the windows were dirty so that was a small drawback. The staff at Ricks cafe were amazing and very attentive. Front desk attendants were very professional and welcoming. Pool with slide for the kids was great, towels were just a little hidden but we found them. Thank you for making it a nice stay.
