Early check-in/late checkout charges are common place. But fees for towels, bedding and the use of the hot tub in the garden less so. If you want the basics then use this place as it is good value and you don’t mind taking your own stuff with you. If you want the ‘extras’ it’d likely be cheaper to book elsewhere. "

The location of the house was good, in a nice village with shops, pubs, and places to eat all within walking distance. We were able to visit lots of the surrounding towns and beaches.
