"This is what it is, not the biggest rooms, not the best decor, but a great location which brings back childhood memories for me. So I always enjoy my stay. Also great pub downstairs for watching sports with reasonable food."

"A lovely little cottage. Very clean and well equipped . All very comfortable . Very convenient for shops and beach and lots of places to visit further afield . Lovely restaurants either a walk or short driving distance away . Perfect for our two whippets."

"Our 4th visit and the service provided by staff is consistently excellent. They are very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, very clean and the hotel overall is calm and spacious. Breakfast was good and the dog friendly area for us was perfectly comfortable. Another great stay!"

"Lovely room we stayed in(rye). Looks like it was a living room in it's past life. Lovely decorations and styling. Loved all the hares! (Not hairs). Really comfy bed. Dog hairs evident on the sofa and on the floor in some areas though which is is a negative. No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price."

"The property is superbly located just a short walk to a wonderful beach.The property itself suited us perfectly with a bedroom for grandsons , one for a parent and one for grandparents.The garden was far bigger than the photos showed and we played there for ages in the evenings.Brilliant choice"

"Loved our stay at Langford Cottage a real home from home. The gardens are lovely and would have loved warm weather to take advantage of this. Very good location for North Norfolk Coast sight seeing, hope to be back in the future."

"Initially there was a mix up with the booking but Josh went out of his way to help us source alternative accommodation. Communication was above and beyond and once everything was sorted he sent over a useful list of “things to do”. We had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you for having us "
