"A wonderful, modern, professionally staffed hotel with good food, in a terrific location."

"The location was amazing. Close to everything we wanted to do and across the street from Jameson Distillery tour. I was disappointed with the parking situation. I purposefully booked this hotel as it said parking was included, but parking was actually at a separate parking garage. I was ok with this. My issue is that I used the contact feature through the Hotels app but the hotel never responded. I eventually had to email them and for the parking, I was told we had to register the license plate with the hotel a minimum of 24 hours before check in. As i was flying in and renting a car, I did not have this info. As well, when checking in, I asked at the front desk and their response was the same. When I explained I had a rental car, they said they couldn't do anything and just had to pay the full rate. The room was ok. For being a well rated hotel I wasn't expecting to have broken tiles in the bathroom and a window which broke when closed. I would book this hotel again, on a deal, as it was not worth the full value."
