Clean room with a great view. The breakfast was great and always fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful- gave great suggestions for nightlife, dinner, and information about the city.
Travelled with a friend and stayed for two nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great, our room was very clean, and the location is excellent—central to so many key Dublin spots! Would definitely stay again!
Hotel was excellent . The reason for the 4 star review is because of the fire alarm going off at least once a day and during the night it’s concerning .The staff do reset the system quite quickly but do not let us know if it’s all clear or a false alarm . Waking up at 2 am to a very loud alarm ruins a good nights sleep .Everything else was great. Breakfast buffet was very good . Hotel security was great . I would stay here again .
Although our room was very clean and spacious, we could have used more storage, i.e. drawers. We really loved that breakfast was included; it was a great perk. Having a fully loaded mini-kitchen was an awesome bonus. The place was centrally located, which made our trip much smoother.
Each room has a kitchenette complete with a full size fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sink and dishwasher. This is a great facility and I wish more hotels provided this as we thought it was really useful when we visited NZ where it tends to be standard practice. The breakfast was included in the price and plentiful. Staff very courteous and overall the ambience of the hotel is efficient, well planned out and relatively new. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
The hotel is well situated for an easy walk to the local establishments and local transit lines. The hotel was clean and the room was a little small for a family of four, but we weren't in the room much for this to be an issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
I did not use the amenities. I loved the free breakfast it was a bonus for us! We found the location very useful and convenient. We walked everywhere. The staff were all so helpful. The room was compact but had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!
Conveniently located off O’Connell St. and Parnell Street on the north side of the Liffey. The neighborhood is busy and served well by trams and buses, but parts are a bit seedy and run down. Several storefronts are boarded up or abandoned. Plenty of good restaurants all along O’Connell Street, though.
The hotel rooms are beautiful and well designed.
Ours had a fridge and a counter stove with full kitchen essentials.
We did not know this would be in our room but it was a bonus.
The shower was big and beautiful.
The towels were huge and so soft and comfortable.
The front staff were all super and so willing to answer questions and provide information.
The buffet breakfast room is set up with so many places to sit and the environment is so well designed with couches and chairs all with lovely colors
The food was very good and they were continually restocking items
This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at
We had a very nice week-long stay. Everything was new, clean and well-designed. We really appreciated the Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge and quiet, air conditioned room. The staff were friendly and helpful (especially Maria at breakfast).
Breakfast was nice and included a good variety although the food was the same everyday and could have been a little hotter.
We would definitely stay there again!
