"The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom featured a spacious shower as well. The property was clean and conveniently had a Starbucks next to the restaurant. Another positive feature is the complimentary shuttle to the train station located a mile away from the property. The hotel charged us $13 per day to use the wifi (later waived as a courtesy) which seems like an unnecessary additional fee to assess the patrons. Also the snacks were 2-3x the price one would find at a typical convenience store."

"The location and views were amazing! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets every evening, and it was so convenient to drive to the T and Ferry for easy access into Boston each day. We also loved being able to safely bike around the neighborhood and explore the area.Since this was our first time visiting, there were a few things about the waterfront that we hadn’t anticipated. I had imagined we would do more swimming, but at high tide there wasn’t really a shoreline, and at low tide there was quite a bit of algae and seaweed. My son loves to fish, so the amount of seaweed made that a little challenging. I’m sure guests who know the area may already be familiar with these conditions.The house had a wonderful, comfortable, lived-in character—it almost felt like staying at your grandma’s house for the weekend, which gave it a very homey feel. The major surfaces were clean.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful setting, incredible sunsets, and convenient location for exploring Boston."

"This was a perfect home base for our family of four on our trip to Boston. We really enjoyed being able to relax and unwind outside of the city each evening. Walks on the beach across the street and the sunset views over the water from the deck were the perfect way to end each night. Boston was easily accessible by the ferry or the T. This home has everything you could want or need. We would definitely stay here again!"
