"The accommodations were solid though on the basic side. The manager helped me find a comfortable pillow for my 5 night stay. Housekeeping was M-W-F only. Not a problem for my solitary self. Toiletries were “old school” with tiny soaps instead of pump bottles in the shower. Breakfast was simple and I bought my own stuff to keep in my fridge. The 24 hour coffee (caf and decaf) was appreciated. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of my stay."

"The location and views were amazing! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets every evening, and it was so convenient to drive to the T and Ferry for easy access into Boston each day. We also loved being able to safely bike around the neighborhood and explore the area.Since this was our first time visiting, there were a few things about the waterfront that we hadn’t anticipated. I had imagined we would do more swimming, but at high tide there wasn’t really a shoreline, and at low tide there was quite a bit of algae and seaweed. My son loves to fish, so the amount of seaweed made that a little challenging. I’m sure guests who know the area may already be familiar with these conditions.The house had a wonderful, comfortable, lived-in character—it almost felt like staying at your grandma’s house for the weekend, which gave it a very homey feel. The major surfaces were clean.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful setting, incredible sunsets, and convenient location for exploring Boston."
