(25 reviews) A new hotel which is super modern, clean and with great amenities. The pool is beautiful and very nice. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. We stayed at one of the apartments which was super nice, very comfortable in every way and very clean. The views are very nice as well. The spa is very good as well. We had dinner at the Snowbird restaurant which was good. The hotel is located next to the lifts. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very helpful or friendly and some not really polite l. They were very uninterested in the guests, and seemed to be bothered by any questions. They didn’t provide any kind of information about the hotel or the area and simply gave us the key to our room at check in. For a hotel at this level and this price one would expect a better costumer service, friendlier and more helpful staff. It’s a shame that such a beautiful and nice hotel does not have a better costumer service. Definitely something that the management needs to address with their front desk staff otherwise they will be losing costumers very quickly.
