(25 reviews) A new hotel which is super modern, clean and with great amenities. The pool is beautiful and very nice. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. We stayed at one of the apartments which was super nice, very comfortable in every way and very clean. The views are very nice as well. The spa is very good as well. We had dinner at the Snowbird restaurant which was good. The hotel is located next to the lifts. Unfortunately, the front desk staff is not very helpful or friendly and some not really polite l. They were very uninterested in the guests, and seemed to be bothered by any questions. They didn’t provide any kind of information about the hotel or the area and simply gave us the key to our room at check in. For a hotel at this level and this price one would expect a better costumer service, friendlier and more helpful staff. It’s a shame that such a beautiful and nice hotel does not have a better costumer service. Definitely something that the management needs to address with their front desk staff otherwise they will be losing costumers very quickly. (23 reviews) Town - lovely, hotel - lovely, room - lovely. General communication - poor. On arrival, there was confusion as to whether we had booked breakfast (even though "free breakfast" is shown on Expedia website.) I deferred to the hotel and agreed that maybe we hadn't since no specific mention on my booking. Well, we had a welcome drink confirmed anyway. No, apparently they don't do this anymore. Nothing offered in return, just hard luck. Later that evening my husband went to turn on the kettle that the hotel had provided in our room and immediately all the electricity went off. He went to inform the hotel and was made to feel that it had to be his fault that this had happened. Three times he told them that he had merely turned on their kettle, nothing else, but each time was questioned further - could it have been something else he did? The next morning we went out for breakfast in a nearby cafe. On checking out we were asked if we had eaten breakfast at the hotel. I confirmed that we had gone elsewhere because we understood that it wasn't included. I was told that the hotel had realised the night before that it was indeed included - it would have been helpful if we had been told at that time. We were offered the chance to have it, but by then it was too late. We were also offered the chance to take some food away with us, but, again, we had to rush and were only able to take 2 croissants. This was, at least, appreciated. Lovely place, but poor customer service.
