A great welcome from Rebecca. She is a good host and a good breakfast cook! Beds were comfortable, enjoyable suite a little small but more than adequate. Shower nice and powerful. Parking space is good at the back, but it is a very tight entrance. Coming back next year

This hotel is a gem!!! It is immaculate, the rooms are exactly what you would hope for and the price was amazing. I have paid a lot more for hotels which weren't as well maintained as this one is. The staff were great and had no problem with me bringing my assistance dog in and out. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent. It was in the golf club house just across the car par, which I guess could be an issue if it was raining, but I looked on it as a bonus; it helped me...

Friendly hosts, good choice menu for evening meal enjoyed with a few pints of draught beer, comfortable room and bed, followed by a full English breakfast well cooked. What more can you ask for

What a gem Creston Villa is! Thanks to Anna and Iain who made our stay a real home from home. From the breakfast with lots of choice, including so many jams, marmalades and relishes to homemade cookies to take with us for a later treat. We loved everything and we didn’t need to know anything about Lincoln before our trip, we could’ve learned it all at breakfast! Great location, easy walk into town or use the local bus service from just outside the property. Highly recommend. Thank you x

Absolutely loved my stay at The Duke William, the staff were super friendly and welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean & quiet, however I don’t think it would be quiet in summer as the room (#2) overlooks the garden which is actually the beer garden. However there were other rooms that didn’t face the garden. Be warned though it’s at the top of a very steep hill, I walked from the train station, pretty hard going pulling a suitcase.
