"Firstly, i must say i am really impressed - for the price of such comfortable double bedroom, compared to other offers i saw around Chapel St Leonards. The staff were really helpful, engaging and made me have a good laugh. The karaoke bar, the snooker room, the friendly and accommodating environment, proximity to various amenities in the village, made my little getaway trip an iconic one. Only downside is the lack of response from the management when i contacted on the app before checking in.. Other than this, everything was superb. Thank you."

This could be a really good and nice hotel if a bit of money was spent on it as it's a little run down and needs a spruce up but room was clean and adequate and bedding was clean etc but wasn't anything special but what can you expect for £35 for night"
