Overnight only. Structurally fine, clean, central, good price, no amenities just ensuite room.
Unfortunately stay was completely tarnished by the checking in experience. Having booked 10 days before through a third party agent we paid & got a confirmation immediately. This was cancellable up to the day of the stay. A few days before our stay I received an ambiguous text with a different spelling - Peyman as this looked & felt wrong I ignored it. On the day of the stay when we were travelling I received another text and an email asking me to sign a form to accept their T&Cs. As I had limited signal I could not download the form. This took us to standing on the doorstep with a locked door & a tel number which I rang. A polite gentleman answered & after giving my details he explained I had not signed their T&Cs form AND not paid a security fee of £150! I explained I had a confirmed booking by credit card but all he would do is repeat the need for both form & payment being made before he would action our entrance. I would challenge anyone to fill this form in AND sign it using their phone (particularly standing on a doorstep in the rain!). After 20 mins by some miracle the cleaners & another lady came to the door. The other lady was Tara a senior manager with Payman up from London for the day. In a word she rescued us - Thank You! no form no fee. Without her we would still be standing there. This needs resolving urgently and I would NOT go again until it was. What a real shame.
