The water all goes in then sinks down and explodes up, very cool sight to see and there are other cool spots right near it to see as well from the waves

Great place to stop and wander a little especially to watch a storm come in...

Conservation Corp rock shelter on top of Cape Perpetua on the Oregon Coast. A great place for whale watching.
