"The room was a bit worn. The thermostat didn't work - off actually turned the heat on full blast. The bed and bedding were very nice and comfortable. No A/C which is typical on the Oregon coast, but there was a floor fan available in the room that was extremely dirty - sort of pointless providing a fan if it's not cleaned regularly with the rest of the room."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my second time to Bella Vista, and my husband's first time. We really like it. We have two suggestions: the toilet seat in the smaller bathroom needs to be replaced. It is heavy and crashes down, spoiling the bathroom experience. And the kitchen entrance is very handy but a hand rail would be very helpful."

"This lovely home was spotless and provided for our every need. We were greeted with lights on, soft music and an easy access. The well stocked kitchen provided the tools needed to prepare family meals and included large enclosed recycling bins. The beds were comfortable and we were provided with enough linens and towels for all. This property included a large fenced yard with a nice patio and firepit, perfect for our dog and a nice gathering place for s'more making. The garage has been converted to an amazing game room...ping-pong, darts and foosball! We had an amazing week with kids and grands and loved the location. We are already making plans to return next year!"
