"Clean, cute room. The room did smell like smoke but other than that, I’m really happy I stayed there. I was a little paranoid about experiencing an earthquake in the middle of the night and needing to run to higher elevation bc it is in a tsunami danger zone. But looking back I wish would’ve not allowed that paranoia make me miss out on enjoying my stay more. Visiting and staying at Yachts was memorable."

"We had a great time at our annual family celebration of Mom's birthday -- this year is 103! So we were really happy to find such a clean, comfortable place with an ocean view that she was able to navigate with a walker. The kitchen, two queen bedrooms, bath, and living/dining area were easy. Beds were all comfy, appliances new, plenty of white fluffy towels, etc. First rate. Very nice place and fabulous location. The steps from the garage into the house are steep, so handicap entry is across the lawn and to the front door via a ramp.We only had a couple of issues. The first was that the view on our week didn't look like the photo because the hedge has been allowed to grow up about 3 feet higher than the bottom window sill, so you can't see anything but the sky and hilltop when sitting down in the living room. The other is the parking. The narrative highlights "the street-to-street property provides parking." Not so. There is plenty of space beside the street to park, but you aren't supposed to. The listing is clear that the property is licensed for 4 vehicles, but what it doesn't say is that two must be parked in the garage (standard size) and two on the driveway directly in front. No parking along either of the streets. (The neighbor will call.) There were some structural issues the last day that kept us from using the deck, but I'm sure the host will have those repaired before it is rented again. A lovely weekend in a lively spot with a great if somewhat abridged view."

"We had a fantastic stay in Yachats. Loved the view from both inside (during rainy weather) and outside (when it was clear.) So fun to watch the tide go in and out and the fog come and go. The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We really did walk everywhere! Stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. - incredibly convenient. We would love to stay there again."
