"The pictures show a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, etc. The only eggs were cold hard boiled, the only hot food was toast and waffles. There wasn’t even any yogurt. I only stayed here on account of the breakfast and I won’t be back. I can get the same garbage continental breakfast anywhere."

"My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for one night for a quick getaway. We stayed on the bottom floor, ocean view room. Pros: Check-in staff were great and friendly Lobby was clean and bright and modern Room was clean - looks to have been remodeled recently Beds were wonderful and comfortable. View is incredible! You can’t get closer to the beach without actually being on the beach! Fireplace in room was great. Cons: Walls are very thin - upstairs neighbors were very noisy, moving furniture, and since the floors are wood you hear everything. Poor ventilation - refrigerator was sweating leaving water on the floor. Bathroom stayed damp all night and day despite running the fan constantly. Had to hang towels outside the bathroom to dry. No rugs or mat inside - it’s the beach and it’s sandy. Even brushing our shoes/feet outside there was still sand everywhere. A rug inside the door would be very helpful. Or even a small broom in the room to sweep up sand. Pool is in a different building. A cold walk there and back! There were no towels so had to walk wet to the front desk to get towels. No kids in hot tub area (which could be a pro for some but my kids were very disappointed) and the pool was not very warm! We did enjoy our stay here mostly due to the view and easy beach access. I would consider staying here again if we got a top floor room as I think that would alleviate some of the issues we had with dampness and noise! Overall I would say 3.5-4 stars. "

"They took a sizeable deposit for “incidentals” and said it would be returned within a day. It’s now been 5 days and it hasn’t been returned. I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I was mortified to host seven women at this beach shack. It's basically a tear down of a cabin. Great location, very nice hot tub, beds are comfy enough, and my wonderful girlfriends made the best of it and we still had a blast. " It's only 4 days" they said, " we'll be fine". It was close to us all walking out on it. Definitely not worth the spent."

"We had an incredible ladies weekend away at this amazing property. The house is vey beautiful, Elegant and clean. The house is stocked with everything you need. The view is stunning and the access to the beach is great. We were lucky to have sunny , warm days and staying outside on the deck was so nice. We are definitely going to come back, hopefully very soon."
