"Wow, this stay exceeded our expectations! Situated in a gated community that atfirst seemed close to neighbors, but it was very quiet and private. The house itself was clean and had ample space for our extended family of 7. Kitchen was well equipped and any inquiry to the host was promptly answered (i.e. prior to stay we had questions about kitchen appliances and he made sure we were covered). Would stay here again!"

"Great location with beautiful view of Proposal Rock and the surrounding ocean! The condo was very clean and easy to access. The beach access point was almost right outside the back door. We loved exploring the beach; the tide pools just to the south were spectacular and fun for kids and adults alike! The shared living space is on the smaller side, which we knew from pictures, but we did have to get a bit creative to set-up/ play board games. The host was great and gave very clear instructions for everything. Neskowin was new to our family and lots of fun!"

"This adorable little place will NOT disappoint! The view is breathtaking and the cottage is quaint and, like I said, adorable. It was the perfect place for a quick girls’ getaway. I really wouldn’t change a single thing except maybe adding WiFi. But even then, if the point is to get away from it all and relax, you can do without it, so maybe I wouldn’t change that either. You can’t go wrong with this place. Seeing old photos of days gone by added more charm and a personal touch."

"We loved that the property was .5 mile from the beach with a trail the leads you to the public beach. We didnt have good service when we got to the property so it would have been nice to know I needed to screen shot the code to the door so we could get in. I had to go back up the road to get service. Otherwise we loved the space and the amenities that were great."

"This is a beautiful, comfortable home right on the beach in Neskowin with a spectacular view of Proposal Rock! My family and I loved watching the sunset from the deck each night, and the hot tub was quite nice. It's a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. All the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and very well-stocked, and the daylight basement has a pool table and ping-pong table. There are also tons of board games and puzzles for extra fun. It’s a perfect beach house! P.S. There's a staircase to the beach just a few houses down the street that's much easier to manage than scrambling directly down from the backyard."
