"1-level home on the beach was perfect for taking my 88-year old mom and daughter. Property management responded promptly and in person to help with entry code/key boxes at entry. They also kept us informed during an all-city power outage one afternoon. Upgraded bathrooms were a perk and bed mattresses very comfy. Garage entry was helpful for shaking off sand before entering house. 3rd room with trundle bed was not included in photos, but has a flat screen tv and can act as a couch or queen size bed."

"The location was excellent. The home is older which is perfect for young families with kids and pets.Well stocked. Experienced a power outage and there were no flashlights but good communication throughout .Would stay here again"

"Our room was on the small size with queen bed, but I knew that going in. It was like a beach cabin. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was clean and adequate. Table and chair but no dressers or shelves. Bare essentials but cute. We weren't there during the day anyway. This is not necessarily reflective of all units."

"The hill to get to the water is steep, to get down is steep as well but there is rope you can use to help you get back up. There is a landing at the top you can sit on if you dont want to go all the way down and want a beautiful view. Some of the windows do not open/work which was a little disappointing when wanting to hear the waves. The kitchen is small but workable and appliances are nice. I do recall a fire pit being mentioned in the original post and that was not there. Overall this was a great stay and worked awesome for our needs."

"Excellent location. The views are stunning and access to the beach is great. The upstairs is spacious and the 2 upstairs bedrooms are nice. The kitchen is great as well, with lots of room and counter space. I would give the upstairs almost 3-4 stars and the downstairs 2 stars. The downstairs bedrooms were musty, dark and cold. We got the heat to work for the downstairs finally, but it still was dim and musty. Pet stains and odors on carpets and furniture throughout the house."
