"Check in was at 4 pm, the room wasn’t ready until 4:45. We had a 6 year old and two three year olds. We were offered any consolations. At the low end, drink vouchers at the least. Also the pool and other amenities were additional fees. That wasn’t clear in the booking description ."

"The hill to get to the water is steep, to get down is steep as well but there is rope you can use to help you get back up.
