This charming, newly renovated space offers the perfect combination of comfort and style. With 50 m² of built area and 45 m² of usable area, you'll enjoy a bright space thanks to its east-facing orientation, which guarantees plenty of natural light. Relax on the balcony while enjoying the fresh air. The studio has a modern bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and is located on the third floor (building without elevator). It has a Murphy bed with enough space to always have it open or folded down to create more space when needed plus an additional sofa bed! Ideal for monthly and seasonal rentals. The studio is fully equipped down to the last detail, making it perfect for short-term stays, avoiding the additional costs of furnishing and equipping the space for daily living. The heating and air conditioning ensure your comfort in any season. Don't miss the opportunity to live in a central location, surrounded by the vibrant cultural and culinary scene that Sitges has to offer, as well as the numerous beaches just a short walk away. Come and fall in love with your new space! Minimum stay: 32 nights or moreParking is available nearby for a monthly fee. Pets (dogs and cats) are welcome for a monthly fee and must be booked in advance. As this is a MONTHLY rental unit with special reduced long term prices, utilities (electric, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout clean will automatically be added to the final price. For stays of more than one month, cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30 day period at a charge of 95€ /service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory and meant to ensure that the apartment is always correctly cleaned and maintained. Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€/Pet/Month (maximum 300€/pet/stay). According to recent regulatory changes at the end of 2025 (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya) this apartment can only be rented for reasons of Holidays/Vacations, Recreation and Leisure and guest will be required to sign a seasonal rental contract and subject to provide necessary documentation to ensure compliance. Guests will also be required to pay an additional security deposit (calculated based on the length of stay) which by law must be deposited with the Catalan Land Institute (Incasol) and will be returned within 30 days after departure. Guest will also be required to confirm that this is not their primary residence.
