Very easy to walk to local restaurants. Resort dining was good. Enjoyed the beach cabana bar. Only service that could use some fine tuning is the breakfast service.

This property was beautiful. Had a great time. Just be aware that there is a free shuttle into town that is not ran by the resort but by a jewelry store. When they get you into town they take you directly to the store. Try and sell you things. Before you can leave for your shopping in town.

Great location and wonderful property with all amenities. Direct view of the marina from our balcony was a bonus. Recommend and would definitely stay there again!

I absolutely loved this hotel!! I stayed in the villa and it was spacious, beautiful with a nice layout and ocean view. The staff are friendly, the property was always clean. I felt safe as there was always security on the premises. The hotel is closely located to many stores, restaurants, clubs etc. which is very convenient!! Renting and returning a car was easy because there was a car rental representative on site, which was also convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!!

We stayed at the Simpson Bay Marina Resort in April 2024 and we stayed for 7 nights and throughout the entire stay we didn’t see anyone cleaning the pool, which was very annoying because it was dirty and full of bugs etc also its so hard to find pool towels near the pool area.

The property was very clean and the the staff was friendly. We had a bay view with a kitchenette. The view on the balcony was spectacular and it was very quiet. Loved watching all the boats and even Rays and Sea Turtles. Highly recommend!

Great time stayed one week only recommendation would be to have house cleaning in room more they only showed up two times from Saturday to Saturday other than that was a truly great place to stay and my wife and I would come back again AGAIN THAT WAS JUST A RECOMMENDATION THANK YOU FOR A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE ON OUR FIRST ISLAND ADVENTURE

We really liked Simpson Bay. Our room was beautiful - spacious with a great view! I would definitely stay there again if i was to return to St. Marteen.

I came on a work trip and brought my wife to this beautiful resort the staff was amazing a the shuttle service was great a the property was top tier. I love this place a will be returning for a longer stay. I told my whole family about this place a we come from a beach town our selves (ie. Fort Lauderdale. FL) a this place was awesome. We will Be back. The rooms were very nice the food excellent a the beach an amenities were top tier.

Wonderful location. Several restaurants within walking distance, many grocery stores nearby and kind staff. Pool towels are hard to come by. Many folks hoard them or take several towels, better system needed. Will return.

The beach/bay was beautiful! The view from our room was incredible. Our room at the Villa was fantastic, clean and spacious. We had great meals onsite at Bovin, La Patron and Replay as well as additional dining within walking distance at Isola, Juliette’s and Lee’s Roadside Diner. We enjoy a very relaxing vacation and would recommend a stay at the Villas at Simpson Bay in St. Maarten❤️

Did not rent a car. Nearby restaurants are walkable or shuttle will drop off and pick up if needed. One beach was very rocky but the other beach was sandy.
