We spent our first wedding anniversary here, and it was a truly relaxing and welcoming stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and offered complimentary fruit punch, which set the tone for the entire experience. Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone.

Staff members were great and accommodating. We were stranded on the island after the Venezuela incident occurred and the manager and concierge assisted us with reduce room rates and keeping us posted about flight information and alternate travel information. We could not leave the island due all airports shut down. Rooms were dated but acceptable. Had fun on all of excursion ( the sea and land tour, New Year's eve festivities, Sunset cruise and Downtown street party). This trip was to celebrate my 55 th Birthday. Even with the traveling incident , we had a BLAST!!!!!

This was a beautiful property with excellent service. Everyone was exceptionally kind, offering not only service but history of the island, excursion ideas, dinner options etc. Ernie was so wonderful to just stop and chat with on a daily basis. We loved the Rum cave experience with Carla! It was excellent and Rashida, Tammy and a host of others made dining a pleasure- so accommodating. Lastly Ella was so fun to talk to and helped with booking our transportation and excursions. My only drawback was the bathroom in the room needed an upgrade. But other than that it was an awesome way to start the new year! Would definitely recommend

The view from the room they upgraded us to of the bay was amazing. Having coffee each morning overlooking the sailboats in the Harper was an absolutely wonderful way to begin each day. The food was great, staff were friendly, any singer on Saturday night was a delight.

The rooms were serviced 3x daily and with every turn down service there was a little treat left on our beds. The personal butler staff that came with the residence homes were amazing and responded quickly every time! We loved Neil & Sean! Also our favorite bartender was at the pool bar - Ms Alison! The sweetest lady ever and she introduced me to the best drink ever! (BBC -Banana, Bailey’s & Caramel/Chocolate). Overall an amazing experience for my party of 6 members that were celebrating our birthdays!

Love this resort

This is an amazing resort for rest and relaxation. If you want to spend time with that special person this is the place to go. The staff is attentive and go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying your stay. The food is delicious and you have the option of several restaurants. This resort is over an hour from the airport. However, the resort offers transportation at a cost. I would recommend the tour the resort offers its a great way to see the island,

I stayed at this hotel last week while on vacation. The staff were truly amazing very friendly, helpful, and professional. They are the only reason I’m giving this place two stars. However, the hotel itself was very boring. There were no activities by the pool to do during the day, so it felt quiet and lifeless. My biggest issue was the food. Every single day it was the same menu. I was literally eating the same meals over and over. The food was not very good, especially for a vacation resort. Room service was also a problem it took nearly two hours for food to arrive, which is unacceptable. The buffet was extremely disappointing. At most resorts, you can walk up, choose from many options, and serve yourself. Here, there was very little variety. Compared to other hotels, this buffet felt very limited and low quality.

I would certainly stay at this resort again. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with a trip here and we loved every moment. The scenery, the zen aura, the amazing food and drinks. The only thing we wished was available was better night life entertainment.

My sister and I had a fantastic stay at Zoetry. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly and really made our stay special. The amenities and things to do were fantastic and our short stay really was well spent.
