Reception moved us to the next building 4* hotel Arsenal with free pool acces, to a standard room but with aircondition and minibar. So our stay was very good, I would book this hotel everytime again. The pool is really great benefit."

The room was small but perfectly comfortable and had great amenities, including soft lighting (not just big overhead lights), soap, shampoo etc, a functioning kitchenette, tea and coffee, and a comfy bed. Bonus that the TV also connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to the main square. "Excellent location to the center of Katowice. The property was the best with respect to cleanliness that I ever had a chance to stay during my travels all over the world.
