"Everything was wonderful from start to finish!! We love the location on Siesta key beach! We stayed in a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa with a nice terrace. The villas are absolutely beautiful with everything you can imagine. Top of the line everything in the kitchen and baths. Nespresso machine, blender... added to the enjoyment. Shampoo, cond & body wash in each shower, and small tubes of lotions available; basic kitchen supplies and laundry detergent. The property is small with only about 44 units, which we enjoyed and it didn't seem crowded. Easy beach access with plenty of chairs and umbrellas for your use at no charge. A lot of pool side loungers and cabanas also free of charge and first come basis. Also available a small fitness club, 2nd floor terrace with pool and ping pong tables, an owners lounge and breakfast spot. Breakfast every day is included and had pastries, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruits, and hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea, milk & juice. These are high end timeshare ownership type villas and it was definitely a step above your typical villa. Service was wonderful and helpful. We were able to use the property after check out as we had a late flight and there are showers in the fitness center with towels etc. There is a small bar poolside; drinks are expensive, but potent!! :) They do offer a small menu, but we did not order any food. Short walk to restaurants, convenience store, sandwich shop, ice cream.Highly recommend!"

"Very quiet loved staying in unit 102. The room was nice very clean & comfortable. The staff was great. They even have some beaches chairs to use and saw some sand toys too. Overall a great relaxing time. "

"Absolutely loved this resort! My original stay was for a week, but I extended that by a day, just for the fact there is so much to do. Pros: The pool is nice and actually very deep • pull out l shaped sofa is great and comfortable • extremely fast and reliable Internet • smart TV in living area and bedroom • a 2 minute walk to the beach • access to shottlecock, bean bag toss and ping pong right outside your door. • full kitchen with oven, pots, pans, cups, utinsuls, microwave and dishwasher •super soft dining table chairs • no need to carry a key to access your room --------------------- Only two cons for me is the glass shower door barely passes the toilet when opened and there is no bathtub, and there are only 8 parking spots available, and one is handicap. I left the property several times and always came back to an available parking spot, but I definitely can see where that would not always be the case. Overall this is my new go-to place when I vacation to Sarasota and it should be yours as well."

"Great environment, a sneeze away from the beach! The room was clean, totally set up, just had to bring my food! Weird as it seems, this is one of the FEW condos that was EXACTLY as advertised.... Looking forward to going back!"

"Property was very nice, room was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. Nice kitchenette. The pool and pool area very nice. The location is great. Close to the beach and some restaurants and bars. Each room was provided a wagon, cooler, chairs and umbrella to use for the beach which was so nice. I would definitely stay there again!"
