The grounds are nicely maintained and the property manager was helpful and responsive to our requests. We stayed in Unit 2B which had a number of deficiencies and is very much in need of an upgrade. They have a great little fishing dock. Beach access is across the street. The room was in need of updating and things were run down. If there wasn't Clorox cleaning spray under the sink to spray on the door Jammu and kitchen counters, it would have been a deal breaker.
