Welcome to “COZY” at Barefoot Bungalows, a charming first-floor cottage located in the heart of Siesta Key. Just 1,000 feet from the beach and only two blocks from Siesta Key Village, this location truly can’t be beat. Beach Access #3 is only 1,500 feet away, with Beach Access #2 just steps in the other direction — no car needed!

Originally built in 1945, Barefoot Bungalows is a classic Florida triplex offering simple beach charm at a value you won’t find elsewhere in the area. Nestled between multi-million-dollar complexes, “COZY” delivers comfort, character, and an unbeatable location at a budget-friendly rate.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bath turnkey rental comfortably accommodates up to 4–6 guests and includes:

King bed in the primary bedroom with glass slider opening to a private patio.

King bed in the second bedroom.

It was an amazing week. We stayed in Cozy cottage and it was definitely cozy. The decor is so beachy, it was very clean, everything we needed was already there. The king size bed was super comfortable and the bedding was so soft, I slept like I was on a cloud. Pet friendly and our fur babies loved it also. Lisa property manager was a phone call away and very attentive to any of our needs. There was even fresh flowers upon our arrival. From the moment you arrive, just park the car and everything you need is in walking distance. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Lisa!

So nice. Our unit had 2 comfortable king beds. So close to beach, with wagon, chairs and umbrella. Short walk to restaurants and shops, too!

Fun Fourth of July

The bungalow is wonderful - it is in the perfect location for easy access to the beach (just feet away) and restaurants. It is exceptionally clean, beds are great and it is as the name describes it is super cozy. The air conditioning is new so it works really well which is also a big plus in July. We rented the place for family as we live locally and I am planning on one day soon driving over the bridge and renting it for ourselves as it is a perfect beach bungalow. The ease of check in, excellent communication, friendliness and availability of the manager 5 plus stars

Location was the BEST

Cozy cottage was everything we were looking for! Close to the beach, the village with restaurants & shops. We rented bikes to explore and at times a little busy on the narrow roads/bridges, was well worth not renting a car. Liked having the beach chairs and towels and wagon for transporting to the beach. Overall wonderful!

Great location and a cozy stay!

The location is hard to beat! Close to the beach and close to the village. They provide beach chairs, towels, and a wagon to take your items to and from. The host is so responsive and really made our experience great. It was clean and had lots of nice small touches like flowers in the room. I will definitely be looking to stay here again for my future trips to Siesta Key!

Great place to stay

We have a wonderful stay in Cozy. Short walk to the beach made watching the sunset every day a great memory maker for our family. The place was clean and provided more than we could have asked for to assist in our perfect get away. We will be back soon for another visit.

Beach Vacation

Totally as advertised. Short distance from a wonderful beach and all of the stuff you would need - wagon, chairs, towels etc. The cottage is very nice. Comfy bed and plenty of towels with a hot shower. We loved being walking distance to the old village shopping area for groceries and restaurants and entertainment. We hardly moved our car the whole week. Would rent again.

So close to the beach!

We were provided the lock code in plenty of time, so getting in was a breeze. It was the perfect place for the 2 of us. Close to everything in the Village and around the corner from a beautiful beach. Questions were answered lightning fast. Over all a smooth experience. Looking forward to coming back here!

Perfect location to Siesta Key beach!

We absolutely had an amazing vacation staying here. They had everything we needed to spend time at the beach! It was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to Siesta Key Village. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Siesta Key.
