This custom-built private home on Siesta Key offers a luxurious beach getaway just a 5-minute walk from Crescent Beach. Spanning over 5,053 sq ft, the property features a new saltwater pool and spa, 4 stories with a home elevator, and an array of high-end amenities. Perfect for families or groups, the home accommodates up to 10 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, each with Smart TVs, ensuite baths, and quality king mattresses. The fourth floor offers twin bunk beds, a queen sofa sleeper, and a balcony with partial water views.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove, double Wolf oven, Subzero refrigerator, and a bar sink. Multiple living areas provide ample space for relaxation, including a large family room with an 81" Smart TV, a screened patio with a built-in gas grill, and a dining area that seats eight.

The property is ideally located near local attractions, including restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities like boat rentals, parasailing, and kayaking. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk to 11 nearby dining options or take a free trolley to explore the island. The home also features a garage, driveway parking, and is pet-friendly for one well-behaved dog (with restrictions and fees).
