If you want to stay in a luxurious property with a personal touch, having the feel of a top-end hotel, then this is the property for you and your guests. Far more appealing than other conventional basic resort and properties on the market, this stunning and luxurious air-conditioned 6 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom vacation home, with private swimming pool and beautifully landscaped garden, is situated on the exclusive Solterra Resort in Davenport, Orlando. Residing in a beautiful gated community, the resort features a large contemporary clubhouse with cabanas, extensive fitness centre, tennis, basket ball and volley ball courts, lagoon style swimming pool with beach entry (ideal for children and adults alike), a waterfall feature, lazy river, water slide and Jacuzzi, plus a children's playground and lawn. This villa is truly stunning, contemporary and luxurious. You will have a wonderful vacation in this lovely home. This beautifully presented two storey property includes contemporary and superior quality furnishings with designer bedding for a wonderful nights sleep after a busy day at the theme parks. The whole villa has been designed with comfort and style in mind for the discerning traveller. The open-plan aspect downstairs includes a large dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and family room leading onto the private pool area. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and contains everything you will need during your stay. There are 2 large master bedrooms, each with king beds and large en-suite bathrooms, including twin basins, a bath tub and walk in shower facilities, plus 4 other bedrooms, each with bathroom facilities. Additional features of this stunning property include a large TV/movie room & work area and a fabulous games room, including an 8ft slate pool table, air hockey and foosball table, a dart board and table & bar stools. This is a large 28×14 ft private pool, also including a jacuzzi spa, with a screened pool deck, lanai area, modern patio furniture and sun loungers, can be heated in the winter months. The pool overlooks a quiet a conservation area, so it is extremely quiet and peaceful and not at all overlooked. In addition to this home easily accommodating up to 12 adults plus one baby, for families with young children we have provided two baby high chairs, travel cot/crib and stroller/pushchair. Linens and towels are also included. Complimentary WIFI included.
Additional details: The property is accessible via an electronic key less entry system, so there is no need to worry about collecting keys before/upon arrival. We ensure all our guests have all the necessary information on how to access the property prior to your departure. We also have a management company looking after our property, situated close by in Davenport, who can assist you should you have any queries after you arrive. We aim to provide a high level of service to ensure your holiday is stress free and everything you dreamed of. Location: The villa and resort is extremely quiet and peaceful, yet it is located a very short drive away from the Interstate I-4, which means it has very easy access to Disney and other major theme parks, from 15 to 20 minutes drive away.

Family Plus

In our home we had 3 generations! It was a quiet neighborhood. But close to experiences if desired. The home had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The games room had all of the amenities as listed. And it was all spotlessly clean.

Lovely house with a fantastic location

We stayed for 8 days. The house is very clean and spacious. The location is fantastic for Disneyland, Universal etc and the street is nice and quiet. The air con was a god send as we were in 100 degree heat on some days and the house was always wonderfully cool and refreshing. The beds were all extremely comfortable and my husband in particular is always fussy about the comfort of the bed. Kitchen has literally everything you could need- all thought out! Thank you for such a great stay! Save your time-d on't hesitate to book- you needn't look any further.

Soltera sunrise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and clean. Perfect for our son’s bday vacation. If you will be having multiple drivers, be aware that only two cars fit in the driveway and street parking is on a first come first serve basis, so if the neighborhood is full, you will have to park outside of the neighborhood and carpool. That was a bit of an issue for us. Other than that though, we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Ever nice. A few suggestions: front upstairs bedroom mattress should be replaced, pool was dirty (we didn’t use it), supplies ie: tollet paper, towels, spices were skimpy. Over all, enjoyed the stay. ps: The checkout instructions should be left in the house. Have a Great Day!

Well appointed property

Very nice place. The pool was fantastic. Plenty large enough for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. Having the pool table, foosball and air hockey in the garage was bonus entertainment during our stay. Would stay at this property again.

Great vacation home!!!

This house is well maintained and very much enjoyed the location. Pool was very private and beds were very comfortable. House was plenty big for family snd friends. Great time. We were sad to leave.

Family vacation

We had spent 7 days at this beautiful home with family. We spent most of our time just enjoying the pool and games area, and relaxing. Everything you need is in this home, We had done Disney the week before, so this week was all about rest and what a great place. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool & playing pool. This was our second visit to this home, and would certainly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Simply Wonderful

This home was more than we dreamed it would be. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. There wasn't a day where the kids (and adults) didn’t enjoy the pool and spa. The water park was just enough, and we enjoyed that as well. The owner of this property was responsive and very good to work with during this process. Her home is one that will not be forgotten and the memories will last forever! Great family vacation house

The house was clean, in great condition, and the property manager was very friendly and responsive. The kids loved the pool, game room and the clubhouse. It took about 45 minutes to get to theme parks with traffic. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great vacation

Our house was awesome! Exactly what we needed for our family of five adults and five children. When we weren’t out and about the kids enjoyed the pool and the games room. Went to the community pool and the only negative was the water is sooo cold!

This home was the best and well taken care of. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The weather wasn't so good, but this home made up for it. The kids loved the game room and the movie area upstairs. The pool area at the home and in the community was awesome. It was close to all the shopping areas and Disney. Whenever we return to Florida, this place will be our first choice.

Although all attractions were closed we were perfectly happy to spend all of our time at this wonderful house. We ate every meal on the beautiful deck. The pool was used nonstop. We hope to return when the world is back to normal.

Disney Vacation

The house was amazing, just as described. Sunrise over the pool made for nice evenings by the pool. Nice to spend down days by the pool. First house that I rented that had everything. Pam was super easy to work with and got a email within hours of check in to make sure we were ok. Location is great and I would definitely rent this house again. Lovely home

Fantastic home, area and it has all the accessories you need. We rented the property for 8 nights and used it as a base for the parks. Very relaxing to come back to the residence with the pool after exhausting days in the parks. There is a lot of traffic in and out of the area in the afternoon and in the evening, so there is a queue of cars entering the area, but we were there in mid-July so it is probably due to the high season.

Great home! Perfect for Disney!

My family stayed in this home while my daughter attended a soccer tournament at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The home was beautiful and spacious. The pool and game room were great amenities. Beds were comfortable and appliances were all modern. One thing to note: if you are cooking you will need to provide your own oils and spices. We could have used one larger pot for spaghetti but that was a minor inconvenience. All around a great stay! One other thing that was impressive. My teenage son left his wallet in his room and the host went out of her way to make sure it was returned right away. We were so appreciative!

Beautiful Home Perfect Stay

My daughter got married in April and her venue was a couple hours from where we live so we opted to rent a home near the venue so that my brother and sister from out of state could stay with us along with my father and have a little mini reunion along with the wedding festivities. This home was exactly like it's pictured and we had a perfect stay. The home was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. At the end of our stay, my sister realized that one of her treasured quilts had been left behind and I emailed the owner and she went out of her way to make sure it was found and returned to the rental office. She could not have been more pleasant or more genuine in her desire to make sure everything we needed was handled. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay in the Orlando area.
