The master bedroom has a king bed, a 20 inch TV, a ceiling fan, and beautiful views of the beach through the lanai sliding glass doors. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination with updated finishes and grab bars.
The guest bedroom has a king bed, a 20 inch TV, a ceiling fan, and natural light coming through the lanai sliding glass doors. The guest bathroom has an updated tub/shower combination.
The kitchen is spacious for multiple cooks and has everything you need for a homemade meal.
The formal dining area has seating for 6 and is an open concept into the living room. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a 36 inch TV, and beautiful views through into the lanai.
The lanai has an additional dinette, a couch, reading space, ceiling fans, and stunning open views of Crescent beach.
This unit is accessible via elevator and stairs. It also has an in-unit washer and dryer and an assigned covered parking spot in the parking garage. Approx. 1200 Sq. Ft. (1480 including the lanai).
