Experience Manager, Ambassador Rigoberto, Jorge at the main pool ( he took great care when we used cabanas and greeted us nicely every day), Sebastian at the adult pool and all the other great team members we encountered after checking in. "

"This property is starting to show its age, but is still in good condition. It is well maintained, with the exception of the natural gray concrete walking surfaces (stairs and walkway trim) which badly needed pressure washing. It is family oriented. It has a racially and ethnically mixed variety of guests. Everyone was friendly, and even though the alcoholic drinks were included in the "all inclusive" price, I didn’t see anyone who was obviously intoxicated. The service was first rate. My family and I spent a week there, and we are very pleased with the experience."
