"The staff made the entire trip special. Juan & Luisa, the owners of the Phoenix Restaurant are incredibly friendly. There was no hot water however, so just be prepared for that. The bed and breakfast is a perfect location for anyone visiting the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve and the surrounding area, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the staff were unfailingly gracious and helpful, in both English and our attempts at Spanish. They even brought us a New Year's Eve gift. We would recommend Nafre House to anyone visiting this beautiful area. "

"The property is incredible and has so much to do. The picturesque grounds are something you see in a magazine. Very clean, food is delicious and amazing views of the volcano. The staff also add to the wonderful experience. Special shout out to Arnel, Danny, and Oscar at the pool bar for making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend and when I come back I will definitely plan to stay here again. I am convinced you cant get better than Los Lagos."
