The host is excellent, the property is wonderful, spacious parking for six vehicles inside an anient iron and brick fence, ancient house with gorgeous and spacious interior, high ceilings, balcony with a spectacular view of the Tuscany countryside, and a fourteen minute drive from paid parking in the historic city center of Siena. Unbelievably, incredibly wonderful place! Wish I could have stayed for longer.

Nice Tuscan Villa, only 10 minutes from city centre, easy parking and moving in and out of the city. The host are great, Cecilia and husband always available to help.

Nice place to stay in Tuscany near Siena. Not very central but not far from main attractions either. The self check in was nice since we weren’t sure about the arrival time. Room is a little outdated but it seemed to be the case for all stays in Tuscany. Mostly rock hard beds. The breakfast was average and I ended up having warm milk with a tiny bit of corn flakes(I had to buy another breakfast afterwards).

Good place to stay to avoid busy Siena.
Nice location approx 10 km from Siena. We took the bus into Siena to avoid traffic and parking with an easy 15 minute ride. Service was excellent - the two ladies operating the facility were very welcoming. It’s an older property but has lots of character, decent size room, upgraded bathroom with comfortable beds. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Amazing villa, wonderful people
I cannot say enough about this incredible bed and breakfast. Everything was amazing!! We stayed in the beautiful and immaculate one bedroom apartment. The ladies who run the place, Simona and Maria, were super kind and helpful. The breakfast was awesome and included fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, pastries and cappuccinos. Hands down, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in- and it was very affordable. Siena is definitely worth seeing, don't miss the opportunity to stay here!

Not quiet. Techno music and dogs barking. Plus I still don't understand the city tax. It is good for self-catering though

Dear Chris, I'm sorry that you have not felt comfortable in our hotel, I can not answer about the barking dogs, in Italy there are too ... the tourist tax you pay throughout Italy as it is a city tax, to pay in each structure. good stay in Italy.

Gentile Ospite Siamo spiacenti di non aver soddisfatto le sue aspettative, siamo sempre a disposizione per le richieste e le necessità dei nostri ospiti e cerchiamo di migliorare noi stessi e la nostra struttura ricettiva se un cliente ci indica un punto debole a cui prestare attenzione, ma purtroppo nel suo caso il suo feedback è talmente generico ed egocentrico che non ci è possibile trarne alcuno spunto per migliorare, non sappiamo quali erano le sue aspettative o come sarebbe dovuta essere la villa per darle un esperienza soddisfacente, il suo feedback è talmente privo di utilità che non sappiamo nemmeno se sapesse cosa stava recensendo quando ha iniziato a digitare sulla tastiera o se semplicemente abbia solo sfogato sulla nostra struttura ricettiva la sua frustrazione, tuttavia la invitiamo a contattarci personalmente e fornirci qualche dettaglio in più sulla sua esperienza, cosi che almeno sia possibile per noi capire cosa si sarebbe aspettato da noi e come la potevamo aiutare. (da vero curo di leone ha lasciato un feedback anonimo)

Ficamos só uma noite, chegamos a tempo de ser recepcionado ou seja fazer o check in. Pois após as 18:00 não fica ninguém no estabelecimento, e vc entra através de uma senha que vc recebe por e-mail, e vc precisa dela para entrar quando sai para jantar. O lugar é bem charmosinho, quarto confortável, banheiro grande, mas o box é muito pequeno. Só achei que o café da manhã oferecido poderia ser um pouco melhorado. A política do checkout parece ser bem rígida, pois há aviso atrás da porta sobre o horário de saída que é as 10:00 e se sair às 10:14 será advertido e se passar das 10:15 será cobrado uma multa, achei meio ameaçador. Fora isso esta bem localizado, e vc recebe dicas ótimas .

Magnifique maison, organisation parfaite et gentillesse des hôtesses. Un petit bémol à cause du bruit de la route. Rapport qualité / prix excellent.

Weekend in Toscana
Staff gentilissimo, affabile e disponibile, colazione speciale e varia, camera molto grande, vista colline senesi, , il bagno piccolino ma funzionale, la posizione ottima per visitare Siena e dintorni, parcheggio interno,anche se uscire o entrare dalla villa é sempre un po' complicato.. Bellissimo soggiorno anche se solo di una notte. Proprio bravi Simona e Walter

Un retour vers le passé
Comme convenu, nous avions nos codes d'accès lors de notre arrivée. La chambre était propre et avait gardée son aspect vieillot. Les commodités étaient fonctionnelles. Le lendemain matin lors du déjeuner la dame (employée) nous a accueilli avec gentillesse. Elle nous a donné des indications intéressantes sur la région. Le déjeuner était très bon et en quantité.

Personeelsloze checkin is prima geregeld. Hotel is een 800 jaar oud herenhuis. Prima gerenoveerd, alleen de buren zijn goed hoorbaar en het sanitair veroorzaakt erg luide geluiden. Geen ontbijt beschikbaar, ook niet in de nabije omgeving. Ze offeren wel een "alternatief" ontbijt aan maar dat is zeker niet wat je in een gastronomisch land als italie mag verwachten.

Appartement très confortable et agréable.lappartement est très bien aménagé Il y a tout le nécessaire. Un grand merci à la maîtresse des lieux qui nous a superbement accueilli et pour sa gentillesse. Bien situé à 6 min de sienne en voiture, très facile d'accès et à proximité de la campagne. Nous y avons passé un agréable moment.

Caseggiato antico in luogo tranquillo
Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Le stanze sono curatissime oltre che restaurate da pochi mesi. Si vede che lattenzione del cliente è in primo piano. La camera dotata di letto con rete in doghe e materasso di ultima generazione, raro direi, e doppi guanciali per ogni esigenza, il bagno nuovo e spazioso è veramente pulito. Che dire poi delle candele, del occorrente per farsi un tè o un caffè in camera se non si ha voglia di andare in cucina anch'essa spaziosa e dotata di tutto! Se si vuole ci si può preparare il pranzo o la cena mentre si fa la lavatrice.E vogliamo parlare dell'organizzazione? Perfetta e precisa. Abbiamo trovato in camera la piantina, le indicazioni di ristoranti, e le varie iniziative per le serate. Insomma ve lo consiglio, noi ci ritorneremo di sicuro visto che è anche vicino alle località turistiche. Complimenti al titolare veramente!

Very good.
Although a bit far from the city attractions which were no problem for us because we had a car, the villa looks and feels nice and cosy. Kitchen sharing is a little drawback, but it worked for us just fine.
