L'appartamento si presenta con sala tv spaziosa e luminosa, che si affaccia su un grande terrazzo, dal quale si puo' godere di un bel panorama. La cameretta può ospitare fino a 4 bambini, ha due scrivanie e armadio a ponte,anche questa ha un bel terrazzo ed è molto luminosa. La cucina è abitabile e dispone di tutti i comfort,anche qui troviamo un piccolo terrazzino. Il bagno bello luminoso, è abbastanza spazioso. La camera da letto matrimoiale è grande e possiede una bella finestra ampia dalla quale entra tantissima luce,qui troviamo un grande armadio a quattro ante, 2 comodini e una bella cassettiera spaziosa. In tutte le stanze da letto troviamo la tv,inoltre, la zona dove è ubicato l'appartamento, è fornita di supermercati, pizzerie, bar, tabacchi, farmacia e forno. Sotto casa ci sono anche le fermate degli autobus, qualora non si voglia usare l' auto per recarsi nel centro di Siena.
