Room was clean but it’s a little out of the town in a dark alley. Reps there were good at getting everyone together. They offer 2 free drinks between 7-8pm daily, and free breakfast. My dorm and bathroom were also not cleaned for the 4 days I stayed there yet the info on hotels.com said daily housekeeping. On arrival, they put me in the wrong dorm. I paid for a female dorm and they put me in a mixed dorm. They then moved me into another mixed dorm which was empty. But halfway through the night, two males came in. The next morning the receptionist agreed to refund me for the night. When checking out, the other receptionist was giving me attitude when I asked for my refund. Also, it's possible to get a tuk tuk to angkor wat for 15 dollars for a full day. This hostel charged 18 dollars for a half day tuk tuk. A change of staff would completely turn this place around because the facilities are good.
