No slipper, we stay 2 nights, hotel didn't clean the room & renew towels before we claimed, free airport pickup mentioned on web, hotel didn't provide it before we claimed....
What I liked most about our stay is the staff, they’re very friendly and informative. Breakfast is really nice with lot of options. Room very spacious, looking new and with everything you need.

Nice hotel for the price
Its a nice hotel for its price. The breakfast is decent and enough to get you fueled for the day. There is, however, no cable TV for our entire 6 days of stay, the internet is fast though. I wish the bathroom is cleaner as there are molds already on the walls of the shower and some discoloration. The restaurant, however, offers nice and affordable local food. The hotel staff is nice, honest and friendly.
it was a great stay! the provide us a early breakfast because we wanted to go to the sunrise at angkor !! veeery good hotel. only the location was not perfect
The staff in the restaurant was so rude, the breakfast was bad and a lot moustiques in my room. Disappointed!

Nice & Quiet
About a 10 min Tuk Tuk ride from the busy part of town which has all the pubs and restaurants. Tuk-Tuk ride cost $1 to $2 per one-way trip (do negotiate it beforehand). The property has a small pool and a restaurant which has a reasonable variety. Prices are reasonable.

Hotel Carino
Hotel carino con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, non centrale, ma si può arrivare al centro con una spesa irrisoria.

I have to wait they prepare the room before check in more than 30 mins even though I arrived 2:10 PM.
The room was very noisy sound.
Great hotel with a lovely in ground pool and a really really good kitchen......room was large as well as the bed....AC was good too.....cant beat the quality or the price.
Pretty good location and nice room, also a nice welcome but...my room was not cleaned, the shower stall leaked, the pool wasn't so clean, and the free airport transfer turned out to be a myth. A bit disappointing over all
weiter vom ortszentrum entfernt . bauarbeiten in unmittelbarer nachbarschaft , deswegen laut .
After direct contact with the hotel by eMail the free pick-up service from the airport was perfect!the location of the hotel is about 2 km from the centre (old market/pub street), we enjoyed walking otherwise the hotel offers a tuktuk to town for 1$!our double room was large with a nice bathroom!the breakfast is on a nice rooftop terrace. You can chose from a menu with 21 option and the food is delicious!we used the pool only on the last day for a short refreshing!the staff is quite friendly!the prices for tours are quite expensive!
We enjoyed our stay largely due to the helpfulness of the staff. They gave us great suggestions of things to do while in Siem Reap, arranged tuktuk drivers (including airport pick-up and drop-off), and reserved Phare show tickets. They also suggested timelines for our temple tours that helped us avoid some the crowds, including sunrise at Angkor Wat. We used the hotel's laundry service and were very happy with the results. The rooms were clean and the shower was lovely. The buffet breakfast offered nice variety, but was often cold as the wind had blown out the food heaters. The hotel was located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, which was nice, but it was a long walk from downtown (ok for daylight, but not so great for nighttime).
We stayed here for four nights. The hotel is an oasis esp after seeing angkor wat. We came back hot and tired from a day of sightseeing. The pool is just the right temperature and we ordered food and drink to be served at the pool. The mango cashew chicken stir fry was amazing. The owner Phillip was a great help for our travel plans and the free tuk tuk into town was great.
This hotel is close to angkor wat temples. Not located on a busy street, quiet nights and lack of noise was wonderful. The staff are very hospitable and want to make your stay comfortable. I travelled by myself this time and staff made sure I had a good experience. The restaurant makes a declicious Tom Yum soup and there are spa services, where the people come to your room. This was great because after climbing temple steps all day, it was nice to relax in the room. I loved the fact that there was free wifi and free breakfast. Also, they had a tip box at the desk, so everyone is included and you didn't feel obligated to tip each person.
I booked this hotel to stay an extra couple days in Siam Reap. After booking, Hotels.com had a glitch in their system showing they had available rooms. This was not the case. The manager (Mr. Sominea) quickly noticed this mistake and took it upon himself to email me directly. He was able to switch my booking, take care of my transportation need, and any other concern I had! He went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.
So friendly staff! Arranged everything we needed. Free shuttle to the city at night. Perfect tuktuk drivers. One issue: for whatever reason they did not tidy the room during our stay at all, even when we had left the key at the reception. Not a big issue for 3 nights, but still...
Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The room is comfortable. The bathroom is tidy. The breakfast is great and there are many choices provided. Swimming pool and spa are equipped with the hotel.
We were at the hotel for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay and the pool. It's a short tuk tuk ride to the old market, pub street etc, but in my opinion that was a good thing... the old market was very touristy and obnoxious with people trying to sell you stuff relentlessly, so I was glad to not be right in that mix.
