Huge plus for keeping hydrated and not buying daily bottles of water. Checked in early and was given access to a bathroom and shower to change after our long travel. The room was clean, and the facilities were good. However, I was a little disappointed that some of the hotel staff seemed too shy to smile or speak in a friendly manner. Here are a few small tips for future guests: -The hotel claims to offer a free tuk-tuk ride from any bus terminal to the hotel upon booking confirmation. However, I didn't receive this service, even though I requested it via a reply email. -The hotel provides laundry service at $3 per kg. When I asked about it, they told me that laundry wouldn't be returned on the same day due to rainy weather. Negativ: 1. Trotz gebuchten Flughafentransfer wurden wir nicht abgeholt. Einzige Entschuldigung: Sorry war unser Fehler. 2. Wir hatten Deluxe Zimmer gebucht. Zuerst wurde unser aber ein schlechtes Standardzimmer zugewiesen. Erst nach Beschwerde erhielten wir die gebuchten Zimmer. 3. Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen. 4. Den Willkommensdrink laut Buchung haben wir nicht erhalten. 5. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. 6. There is also a spa, pool. Breakfast was great we enjoyed it. At 12 Am midnight, we went to the Pub Street and there was one of crowded place in Siem Reap City.
