Completely different from the large, corporate, sterile hotels elsewhere in the town, this hotel and the staff make for feel welcome, and part of their family, from the moment you walk in the door. Food, service and staff are all excellent, friendly and they cannot do enough for you. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the wifi service is good enough for catching up on things (if you need to). There is easy access to other parts of the town and tourist attractions. We stayed for three nights before continuing our journey down the Mekong river and this was the perfect start to our holiday. There was nothing bad about this experience. Just a few tweaks needed: Electric light switches were a little tricky. Laundry service was a bit pricey for Cambodia and 2-for-2 we got someone elses clothing returned to us.
