Nice staff at the hotel. Few areas of the room need some minor attention. This is a good hotel but it could be great. Very good value though.

We had a wonderful experience at Metta. The staff did an amazing job of helping organize our outings to the temples and other sights. Organized guides and drivers. Easy to get into town. We definitely recommend.

Fabulous Place - lovely staff and great cocktails!
This place was fabulous, great pool and lovely rooms. Staff were fantastic. Don’t worry about it being slightly out of town Tas there is a free tuk tuk service. Loved the free cocktail hour, the girls that make them are brilliant, probably the best Margarita I’ve had in a few years!! Breakfast was minimal due to covid but fine. They currently allow you to have food delivered from Food Panda etc. No TV service due to covid, most hotels cancelled their cable subscriptions and have not started them again yet

Excellent staff, rooms and service. We were given a complimentary upgrade from the private villa to the pool villa which was a lovely surprise. The staff are incredibly accommodating and service was second to none. The grounds and hotel design are beautiful and conveniently located near the Angkor Wat temple and pub street. Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again.

At check in we were immediately greeted and serviced one one, given a drink and a sweet treat. The property is gorgeous and our room has a fabulous little patio situated along a shallow pool with plants in it. It’s calming and beautiful. The room is very spacious with fresh plants complimentary water and a set up to make tea. The bathroom is huge with a rain water shower and the shampoo... very spa like. Would definitely recommend. It’s about a 5-6 min tuk tuk ride to the city center.

Can’t recommend the Metta Residence highly enough. From the moment first my daughter and I arrived - then later on my own when she flew back to Vietnam - the service was first class. I really liked the location of this property - it was a quiet and peaceful oasis yet only 5mins by tuk tuk in to the centre. Friendly, helpful staff that went the extra mile and made us feel welcome. Loved the happy hour cocktails too. We will be back !

This boutique property really stood out. The front desk and restaurant/bar staff were all so friendly and always welcomed us with a smile. Appreciated all the little details and eagerness to please. The pool was fantastic, the happy hour cocktails at the pool bar great, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. We also had a spa treatment and loved it. A great value - will return and do recommend if you are wanting a boutique experience off the beaten path.

Great service! rooms are grand, clean and well designed. Spa is fantastic. Breakfast very good as well. Only slight downside is location, as it’s not in city center yet they have free shuttle service back and forth. Definitely recommended.

Very nice hotel, with some added bonuses such as a free happy hour by the pool for an hour each evening. Staff in the hotel cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There are free tuk-tuks into town each day and are provided for a small cost of an evening. The drivers are very friendly and will bring you back to the hotel if you agree in advance a time you wished to be picked up. The pool area is spotlessly clean and a very nice place to relax. There is a large restaurant serving both Khmer and western food. Good choice of food at breakfast. Room was very spacious and very quiet. A lovely hotel!

Undoubtedly the best!! Highly recommended.
Excellent Place. Peaceful and Blissfull. Great Staff. Extremely supportive and believe in the Philosophy of Service with Smile always. Great add on services such as Free Airport pickup and drop. Free Til Tuk to local markets. Only area of improvement is WiFi Speed. This is extremely slow and surely needs improvement. Rest all exceptional. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a small property with amazing super helpful staff and very good amenities. The vibe of the hotel is very chilled. You got a nice restaurant, a great swimming pool, free shuttles to the airport and very good almost new rooms. Food at the restaurant very diverse not to mention the sizes are BIG. Breakfast is also very nice. One thing that surprised me was the WiFi. It was VERY good. I'm used for hotels in Cambodia to have horrendous connections but this one works great if you have to stay in touch with your work on the road. On a personal level, the hotel was very understanding with a one day early checkout I had to do as my daughter got sick and they had no issue to reimburse the last night value. THANK YOU

The most accommodating accommodations ever!
I've never left a review, and I don't imagine I'll leave one in the future ... but this place went above and beyond taking care of us. They were the most accommodating hotel I've ever experienced. Airport pick up and drop off was perfect. Arranging a private car for a day tour of Angkor was cheap and easy. Scheduling - and in one case, rescheduling - massages and wraps was simple and shockingly cheap. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and most importantly for a trip in July in SE Asia, the AC worked great. The entire experience was stress free and more than met my expectations.

Love love love this place!
I loved staying here! It’s been one of the best places I’ve stayed! The staff is so helpful and friendly! They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I need to give a shout out to Veansa who helped me with so many things while my sister and I stayed at this hotel. The food here was absolutely delicious and the rooms were so spacious and clean. The design is the hotel fused the traditional and modern beautifully. I highly recommend this place!

Exceptional service and value
It was a gem hidden in the sand. Location is not convenient for walking to where the actions are but it’s not a problem at all with the free tuktuk provided by the hotel. Spacious room with a balcony in a low density environment is heaven after a whole day sweating and walking for sightseeing. The hotel offered to prepare breakfast at 4:15am for my sunrise cycle trip at Angkor Wat - that’s a 5 stars hotel service. A special thanks to Diamond at the reception for the warmest welcome with a bright smile. Not only did she offer the early breakfast, she made sure I knew about the complimentary massage, tuktuk and cocktails, popular tourist spots, she was also so sweet to remind me my body may not adapt well to local food and drinks quick enough and suggested places to try local street food. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for a balanced get away in this amazing city.

The property is well situated in Siem Reap which is convenient for visiting the famous Angkor Wat and other historic sites as I only had two full days for doing sightseeing. It is also close to the old market which provided some sort of nightlife. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The SPA was always at high demand at night time and I had to have my massage done at my hotel room but it was still very nice. Another great thing about the hotel is that they provide free transportation to customers to and from the airport and as well as to and from the old market on limited time period. The only thing I didn’t like about the place was the design of the shower area, water inevitably spilled all over half of the bathroom floor no matter how careful l constrained myself in taking a shower. Overall I would rate it excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

This hotel staff are very nice and they went out of their way to assist clients. Group had a wonderful stay and friendly staff.

Amazing Stay!
Faultless stay! Great facilities but more than that its the service and the warmth of every single one in the property led by Kim, the Front Office Manager, to all the receptionists and bell man, Diamond and everyone who has welcomed me in my 4 days of stay. The F&B team, Mab from the pool bar who has made fantastic cocktails every night and Ny from the restaurant who exudes professionalism in every encounter has been magnificent. Everyone in the property is worth all the praises for going above & beyond their duties. They made memorable experiences with guests and I certainly look forward to my next stay with Metta! Highly recommended!

Great stay despite refurbishing works
Very pleasant experience with complimentary airport service, big comfortable room and very friendly and helpful staff. The central restaurant dining room and spa was being refurbished but although unfortunate, this did not really impact our stay in any negative way.

Fantastic and lovely staff who were always so helpful. A couple wifi connection issues but persistence got us through. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The atmosphere, staff, everything. It’s a gem.

The check in was amazing, the room was amazing, the pool was amazing, and the proximity to town and activities was amazing. Everything about my stay here was perfect.

Loved our stay here. Only problem was the construction works to the dining room so tables were minimal and spread throughout the spa/entrance/bar. Preferred the buffet style breakfast which they only did 1 day and a menu style the other days. Staff were brilliant, free massage was lovely and the free cocktails each evening was a bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Located just a little off the bustle and hustle of the city-center of Siem Reap, and not at all far from the Angkor Wat temple area, Metta R&S is a great choice for a relaxing and convenient vacation. Staff is really attentive and helpful, our stay was made very enjoyable by their hospitality. Mr. Date at the front desk helped with our checking-in & checking-out, and especially helped us arrange the transportation for our day tours to Angkor Wat temples. Thank you very much.
