My stay was pleasant, comfortable and the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. All the staff were great but I would like to point out one young gentleman who, despite being profoundly deaf, was always helpful and professional. I’m not being patronising (I hope) but his disability was not obvious but some guests should realise that he used hand signals very effectively and raising your voice in English or Spanish is not going to make a difference! Much respect to G&Z for employing a good man. The bathroom is half tiled and half finished with PVA washed plaster. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be basic Bauhaus or they wanted to open before completion. There is a flat screen TV in my room which cannot be tuned in so I see no reason why it should be there. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a nice hotel, excellent staff, clean, comfortable and convenient.
