Friendly, helpful staff, clean, spacious room with great shower (no tub). No lift in the building, so one has to carry their luggage up the stairs. Had a room on the side of the building, so it was a little noisy at night due to the Hard Rock Cafe across the street.

Thank you to all the staff at the Blanc Smith Residence. I stayed for 4 weeks. Everyone was wonderful. Kind, polite and always a welcoming smile. My room was spotless after cleaning. We loved our stay here! It is in a really good location, walking distance to some key attractions in Siem Reap. There is a mini mart right next door which became super handy! Plus, the staff were super lovely and helpful! Rooms were a good size and very clean. I very highly recommend Blanc Smith Residence!

It is perfect place someone what to stay in Siem Reap. Everything ( restaurant / Pub street in walking distance) . Hard Rock Cafe is opposite and you can hear loud music till late night .

3 night stay to visit Angkor. Mr Pheaktra The General Manager reached out earl to welcome us and offered to coordinate ride from airport. That was a good decision. Airport is about 45 min from hotel and not much around the airport (limited taxi/Grab). Staff very friendly and accommodating, especially Jame who worked afternoon/nights which seemed to be when we had most questions. He was very friendly and super helpful. Other reviews talk about noise and the first two nights we loud (used earplugs) but attribute that to the 3 day River Festival that was happening just outside hotel on river. Third night was much quieter. Bed was clean and it was a good mattress. Room was clean. Shower is a bit jenky (if you want a western shower), meaning no walls. I’ve seen it that way in Korea, but wife was a bit more surprised. Pool was nice and clean. We appreciated that the hotel sold large waters and beers in cooler and charged to room. Very convenient for beer after long, hot days at temples. Area close to pub street and markets. Lots of restaurant choices and shopping stalls. Seemed safe and very easy access (main reason I selected the hotel). There was a very robust mini-mart next door that we could grab snacks and drinks from. The location did not disappoint. Would stay again, very good access and friendly staff. One neutral part was the shower expectation. Thanks for the great stay Mr Pheaktra. Recommend!

I booked a room here for five nights. It was supposed to be a room with a king bed and balcony. Discovered checking in there is no elevator and had to drag a large suitcase up several flights of stairs. Arrive at room to discover a double bed with a tiny balcony facing a building a few feet away. Complained and after a sleepless night moved to another floor. The new room had a somewhat larger bed and no balcony. Purchased a breakfast package when I booked. It was a total joke.The menu is set. After being served on third day an ice cold (not lukewarm) eggs 1 strip of thin bacon a one inch piece of sausage we just left. The ten dollar U.S cost buys a great meal anywhere in Siem Reap. Although they refill two bottles of water in your room daily it is decanted from a large jug when cleaning the room. I didn't trust it.Western tv channels were not available. It is directly across the road from the Hard Rock Cafe bring earplugs.The staff here are really nice .

A beautiful hotel in close proximity to Pub Street. It’s conveniently located with numerous shops, restaurants and street food vendors all within walking distance by the river. My room was nice and I had a balcony overlooking the street. The bed and pillows were very soft, comfortable and so lux. Even though there is no elevator and the bars across the street played music until whenever time, I was still able to get some much needed rest but others might find it quite bothersome. Their restaurant is very convenient downstairs for a quick bite or Khmer coffee and they offer daily breakfast that includes a variety that range from Western food to delicious local Khmer dishes. I had an early sunrise tour one day and they even packaged it for me for take away at 4 am. All of the hotel staff are very accommodating with warm, generous and kind smiles left an everlasting impression on me. There was a small outdoor pool that I did not get to enjoy while I was there but it did look very inviting. The hotel does not offer laundry service but there were plenty of locals within the block offering their services and it was very affordable. I had a very memorable time staying here in Siem Reap and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable accommodation that will satisfy your requirements. I felt quite happy and safe staying here. I will definitely return again someday.

What a great hotel, the remodel was amazing the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They set up a driver ( Von ) for my daily trips and Theara as my tour guide and he was so knowledgeable and made sure I learned about all the temples as well as the people and culture of Cambodia.. be sure to ask for Theara & Von if you want the perfect sightseeing

Housekeeping needs improvement. Smelly towels , did not change sheets for 6 days. Breakfast was ok. Location of hotel is good, but there are plenty of other hotels in the same vicinity. Not recommended.

Hotel close to town

Nice boutique hotel very close to old market and pub street. Everything is just opening up after COVID so hotel at this stage did not have restaurant. Pool area small, not really comfortable for lounging but good to cool down in. Rooms good size, beds very comfortable. Tv only worked if you had Netflix or YouTube. Nice staff, very helpful so good priced hotel if you want to be close to action, no lift so if mobility issue stairs may not be for you

Super ophold og et helt fantastisk personale

Vi har aldrig følt os så velkomne på et hotel som her. Selve hotellet er super fint med swimmingpool, skøn restaurant med lækker mad til gode priser og en utrolig velfungerende og serviceminded service drak. Alt personale er SÅ søde, smilende, hjælpsomme og kommunikerende. Hotellet har en meget central og fin beliggenhed. Vi har kun det allerbedste at sige om dette hotel og ikke mindst personalet. Vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen når vi kommer til Cambodia igen.
