"Fabulous property, really well arranged house. The only real problem we had was that my two sons are tall, 6ft2 and 6ft4. They need beds without footboards (they had their partners with them, if they had been alone they could have slept diagonally in the bed) but those beds were in rooms with sloping ceilings. The landing and bathroom ceilings on the attic floor are particularly dangerous for the tall. They did bang their heads regularly inspite of me suggesting they went about on their knees up...

"Enjoyed a nice half term break at Little Barn, Holt. Nicely located a short walk to the town centre, cosy little cottage, comfortable room (we used the second bedroom with bunk beds for storage/getting ready). Clean and tidy, nicely decorated throughout. We signed into Netflix via TV (no DVD player). Quick drive to Cley for the sea, we used it as a base to explore Holt and the surrounding towns and beaches. Safe parking. Sam was an attentive host, checking in on our arrival to make sure we...

"A lovely property in a very quiet position. We were staying on a golf break so it was also in a convenient position for some great golf courses. The games room provided entertainment in the evenings. Property manager was friendly and very helpful."
