Our room was filthy, the toilet was leaking obto the floor. The bathroom was mouldy. The smell in the room was bleach. There were hairs on the floor and when we arrived the power did not work. We went down to check on this and the reception staff told us to wait a minute- we walked away with a used set of plates and came back 5-10 mins later, only to tell us to sort it out ourselves as he had guests to check in- who arrived only 1 min before he got back. Rude staff on check out too, asked to phone a taxi and she phoned a friend who wasn’t available and told us to wait. We had to get to the port so said we would just order and uber at which stage she relented and called just a taxi company - someone came in 7 mins. We would not recommend this place to anyone. We were only there for 10 hours and it was the worst hotel I’ve ever set foot in and forced ourselves to sleep at. We nearly left but it was 1am once we checked in and too hard. Breakfast was foul too, would not recommend.

I don’t recommend this hotel. There is plastic wall between street and room, you can hear everything outside. Glass door in bathroom without locks, no privacy. No shampoo!!!! Bring your own ! No free bottle of water. For this price you can get much better. And horrible breakfast. There was even no eggs.
