"Excellent location, just minutes to the platform at the train station. Rooms are small but functional. Only complaint was that the shower would randomly turn cold every 10-15 seconds."

"Breakfast room and food was exceptional! I have never seen such a huge variety of food and staff were amazing! Especially the lady (I do not remember her name) that was at the breakfast desk welcoming people, taking reservations and handing out ginger shots. She made our day!!! Front desk staff were very welcoming, helpful and very quick to address us when we arrived. Awesome hotel!! Thanks "

"Pluses: good location, less outrageously expensive than other outrageously expensive hotels in Stockholm, nice bed and bathroom, quiet and dark rooms. Minus: the room is very bare and quite gloomy; there were not even plastic cups to have a drink of water. The only place to put the suitcase (on the floor) was so dark that we had to use flashlights to see our clothes. It is strange living underground; London hotels with no windows have a kind of light panel which at least feels like a window."

"Had to book another hotel the first night as the hotel hadn't activated our key and we were checking in after hours. They did not have any phone lines open so we had to pay to stay down the road. They did nothing to investigate the problem whilst we were there. Also the AC does not work at all in the room, so whilst it was 25C outside, we were unable to stay cool in the room. 1/10, do not recommend staying here if you have other options."
