Great location as the hotel is tucked away on a side street off the main road. Excellent options for food, plenty of convenience stores around and the metro within a short walk away or the JR station 10 mins walk via the back streets avoiding the main road leading to either Electric town or Ameyoko market opposite direction to each other. Staff were excellent and engaging to talk to and a welcoming pack about the hotel and neighbourhood was a good touch. Appreciate free offering for guest...

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

We loved staying in Asakusa and the Asakusa View Hotel Annex Rokku. Reasonably spacious room in a quiet (weekdays) area. Great amenities. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. A great stay!

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Efficient and customer focused. They offer airport transfer all day log almost. How do they not have 5 stars... I would have stayed there during my holiday had it to been so far

Perfect location and great staff. Our room was on 38th floor so we had fantastic views and the noise below wasnt an issue. The one gripe we had was the lack of clothing storage. Just one small rail with 4 or 5 hangers and nowhere to put our suitcases. We would still definitely recommend Hotel Groove Shinjuku to anyone in spite of this.

Really nice hotel, family of 4 from UK, good sized rooms and convenient location for the tube and getting around Tokyo. Would recommend

Great location for exploring Tokyo but still quiet!

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that...

Excellent transport links to anywhere in Tokyo, lovely walk by Sumida River to all the local parks, temples , restaurants and shops. Staff were sp courteous, polite and very helpful. Also really enjoyed the shared lounge space.

Lovely hotel near tube stations making it the perfect stay for our trip to Tokyo. Staff very respectful and helpful, as was everyone on Tokyo! Would stay again

Lovely hotel, really convenient for Disney. Room was spacious

Great location in a great neighbourhood, plenty explore in walking distance and 5 mins walk from metro to see more of Tokyo. Close To Tokyo tower. Inside Lovely decor and colour scheme inside making it feel very grand! Room was done up very nice and always clean - spotless in fact. Staff were lovely and helpful, great service at front desk and in bars and breakfast room. Everyone had a lot of patience for my attempt at speaking Japanese 😄 thank you! great options for breakfast. Happy hour in...

Staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Many amenities available for all guests. Secure access to the lifts to rooms. Ice cold water available on the floor of the rooms which was a huge bonus. English was available in every way we needed it available. Cleaning was scheduled using your TV which enabled you to request no cleaning/ eco cleaning and a full clean of your room, all of which could be requested up to 9am the same day, which is a fantastic service. Slept really well and had an amazing...
