It wasn’t made clear on hotels.com that car parking is a public car park five minutes away which left us wondering where to park the car. Five minute walk to town. "Nice sized room that while its basic is great just for a base, resting and was in a good area. Staff were helpful and messages were answered quite quickly. Its not the quietest but to be in the city centre and near all the bars its understandable. Would definitely look at it as an option again in the future."

"The room overlooked the Shalesmoor tram stop and a busy roundabout so there was no break from traffic noise. Given the room was stinking hot and no aircon in summer, the only way of reducing noise was closing the window. Tv not working. No kettle, felt springs from bed"
