"Excellent frontofhousestaff. Very polite and friendly. Paid £8 for 24hr secure parking on site which in the middle of the city is good value. The only thing I think should be changed is a better route from the car park to the hotel. Apart from that I highly recommend this hotel."

"I would have given it excellent as the hotel and room were lovely - clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, except we were kept awake all night with a constant banging and rattling from somewhere - room 408. The breakfast luckily we didn’t have to pay extra for was not great - it was cold, overcooked and half the dishes were empty - had to ask for juice and several items - for the look and design of the hotel which was lovely the breakfast really let it down - if we have had to pay extra we definitely would have complained !"

"We stayed for 2 nights at the weekend. Really comfortable stay and breakfast was very nice. The only thing that let it down was our bathroom, cracking in the bath panel and sink and general tiredness of the decor. Staff were all so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you."

"The hotel is in a great location with a retail park close by. A good cable for money hotel. The bedrooms are a good size with fabulous showers. The pool, steam room and sauna were really nice. The restaurant breakfast was the standard village offering. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
