"Had a two night stay here in May 2026. Rooms were clean and modern, and location was relatively central. Downsides: No access to water besides the two bottles they gave us during check in. The “free” breakfast was insultingly small in terms of portion- would have been better for us if that hadn’t been an expectation since we ended up going out for breakfast both days anyway."

"Everything was absolutely outstanding. From the onsite hiking, to the tea room, to the fitness facilities, to the ability to get a same day dining reservation at the most outstanding teppanyaki restaurant, everything was a standout. The room was very clean and large, the bathroom was well-appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I look forward to being able to rerun!"

"I love this little hotel. Great location, small well-designed rooms (get the deluxe double at least). A Maiko show or cultural event late afternoons, a small bar, nice cafe and bookshop. Very comfortable beds and pillows and places to put your clothes away. A laundromat and hot springs, and in-room massages you can book at the front desk. After 2 weeks of traveling around Japan staying in all sorts of different places, I was so happy to be back here. (My 3rd or 4th stay!)"
