"Customer Service (reception) can use some improvement. Please also expect to wear wrinkly clothes for the duration of your trip. Was not able to get iron for 4 days, was told that it’s with another guest. Hotel wanted me to pay for them to iron my clothes. Pathetic "
"Room was very spacious, but the bathroom was very small in comparison, which was inconvenient. Room was humid and smelled mildly of uncomfortable stuffiness. Running AC did not help because it wasn't cooling anything. Balcony was nice though."

"Beautiful hotel with rooftop bar. Great air con in the hotel. The walk back to the hotel from town is uphill but fine (it was 37 degrees when we were there). Friendly staff and good breakfast."
"The staff are so polite and hospitable, we were well welcomed and enjoyed our stay. The food is very good and diverse, the room is neat and clean. We consider staying at the Mercure hotel for the next trip to Tibilisi."

"The location is excellent — right in the city centre with easy access to all parts of the city. The room is larger than most of the other twin bedrooms we’ve stayed in before. It was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Given these conditions, we found the price reasonable and good value for money.
What made our stay even better was the kind staff member, Sabina. Our flight was delayed for a few days, and we encountered some other issues as well. She patiently helped us by calling the airline’s local office and speaking with them on our behalf to resolve the problems.
We had a very good experience staying here and would highly recommend it!"
